The Complex
The Vila Marachique complex is situated on the
outskirts of the traditional Portuguese fishing village of Alvor. At the heart of the complex is a wonderful large lagoon
style pool complete with a swim up pool bar, together with a separate childrens pool, ideal for families with young
children. The pool area is surrounded by 4.8 acres of beautiful gardens offering sunbeds and shades with an area
for the childrens to play. The complex is ideally situated to take advantage of many of the village facilities.
You can reach some magnificent beaches and coves within a 15
minute walk of the complex. The Alto Golf Club is only 5 minutes drive by car. Two excellent restaurants are
situated across the road from the apartment, with the village of Alvor a 1 km walk away, offering numerous restaurants serving
a wonderful selection of food. Not to be missed are the excellent fish restaurants serving local cuisine all taking
advantage of the "daily catch" freshly landed into the local harbour.

The Apartment
Our privately owned luxury fitted apartment is perfect for
both families and couples. Positioned on the first floor it is accessible by either lift or stairs.
Apartment 102 comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a sofa bed in the lounge to comfortably sleep a maximum of six
people with the provision for an infant, if required.
The spacious interior of the apartment is on one level, entering
through the large hallway, with a coat stand and mirror into:
Bedroom 1
Master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, alarm
clock, ensuite with shower, basin, w.c., bidet and shaving point.
Bedroom 2
Second bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, sliding door
with access to the balcony.
Family Bathroom
Providing a Bath, Shower, w.c., bidet, shaving point and hairdryer.
Kitchen Area
The well equipped kitchen area is ideal for those wishing
to cook during their stay at the apartment for either a short break or a long let, providing an oven, hob, microwave,
fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker and vacuum cleaner, together with laundry facilities of washing machine,
tumble drier, ironing board and iron. Patio doors leading to second balcony.
Lounge/Dining Room
The comfortably fitted lounge area with sofas, one being a
bed settee (sleeps 2), DVD player, T.V. with English channels and music system. Sliding patio doors
lead onto a large balcony accommodating a patio table and six chairs. The ideal sunny
spot for your breakfast or morning relaxation!!

sandy beach or the cave pitted cliffs that are so characteristic of the Western Algarve, perfect for either sunbathing or
watersports.
Golfers can enjoy the excellent nearby courses of Alto Golf
Club (5 minutes drive) and Penina (15 minutes drive) from the apartment, or for those wishing to venture further there is
an abundunce of golf courses along the Western Algarve to choose from.
Birdwatchers will enjoy the wetlands of the Alvor
Estuary.
Ideally located for exploring the surrounding area such
as historic Silves, shopping in Portimao or Lagos, exploring the Monchique Mountains, or for the more energetic a
visit to one of the two waterparks in the area, big game fishing, horse riding or just meandering around the cobbled
streets of Alvor offering a wonderful selection of restaurants, the choices are endless!!
